Bread Making at Cole's Puddings

Here at Cole's Puddings we make our own bread and its this bread that's used in every pudding we make. Breadcrumps are an important ingredients for making Christmas puddings.

We have always made our own bread using a traditional recipe of just flour, yeast, salt and water, which gives the lighter texture that defines Cole's puddings. There are no shortcuts to quality.
