Stir Up Sunday at The Courtyard Tearoom in Saffron Walden returned this year on Sunday 20th November 2022. Everyone was invited to add ingredients to the pudding mix, give a stir and make a wish. We received a fantastic turnout and a big thank you to everyone who took part.
Here at Cole's Puddings we make our own bread and its this bread that's used in every pudding we make. Breadcrumps are an important ingredients for making Christmas puddings.
Cole's Puddings are very pleased to be attending the British Fair at the Hankyu Express Deparment store in Hakata, Fukuoka, Japan. Ben Avins is sampling the Brandy Christmas pudding this week and has been very popular with all the customers attending the event. Personally, we think it's the hat that's attracting them.....and the smell of the Brandy Christmas puddings of course.
